Internet Call Access
This software feature key allows the Allworx system to be connected to an Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP). When compared to traditional telephone service methods (POTS, PRI), using an ITSP to connect to the public telephone network can often provide both cost savings and enhanced functionality. The Internet Call Access software also allows site to site connection of multiple Allworx phone systems, greatly reducing cost and increasing communications efficiency and flexibility for organizations with multiple locations. The Internet Call Access feature key involves a one time license fee for unlimited users.

Conference Center
This option provides a fully featured call-in conference center that can be used to host conference calls on the Allworx system. An easy to use graphical interface allows conference calls to be set up in advance, including the scheduling of reoccurring conference calls. The conference administrator is able to moderate the conference call while it is in progress. Furthermore, each conference can be assigned a separate ID and password to ensure privacy and security during the call. With this key installed, the Allworx 6x can support one conference call of up to 8 participants and the Allworx 24x can support up to 4 conference calls of up to 8 participants each. This feature is available at a one-time cost for an unlimited number of users.

Call Assistant
Call Assistant provides a graphical interface for users to allow them to monitor the current status of every line and every phone on the system. Calls can be answered, transferred, placed on hold, or sent to voice mail through this same intuitive interface. Individual call history is also displayed. Calls (inbound or outbound) can also be recorded if desired. Finally, Call Assistant includes the TAPI TSP (Telephony Service Provider) driver. This integrates the user's Allworx phone with their Windows-based PC, providing several additional features on 3rd party applications that support them. These additional features can include the ability to support outbound dialing from contact lists and automatic display of caller contact information based on Caller ID. This extremely powerful productivity tool is available for an unlimited number of users for a one-time license fee.

Call Queuing
This feature provides additional options for the management and tracking of inbound calls. Calls that aren't answered immediately can be directed to a queue where the call is held until an agent or representative becomes available to speak with the caller. Queues can be limited by the number of callers and by the length of time spent on hold. Individual users can be assigned to more than one queue. Statistical reporting allows tracking of the number of calls received, serviced, abandoned, exited, or timed out for each queue. The Allworx 6x can support up to 10 queues with 8 callers per queue (maximum of 16 callers held for all queues total). The Allworx 24x also supports up to 10 queues but can hold as many as 16 callers in each queue (maximum of 32 callers held for all queues total). This feature is available to an unlimited number of users for a one-time license fee.

VPN (Virtual Private Network)
When the Allworx system is used as firewall, the VPN feature allows users to gain secure access to your company's Intranet from remote locations. This can be particularly useful for staff members who travel or work from home and need full and secure access to the company's network resources. VPN capability can be included with your Allworx system for an unlimited number of users for a one-time license fee.
